“맞춤형 구인구직 앱으로” AX로 재도약 美 HRCap

AI-Driven HR Consulting Built on 26 Years of Data

“We’re the first in the world to offer personalized HR consulting powered by a proprietary AI platform, not just an AI solution,” says the CEO leading HRCap’s transformation.

HRCap, a prominent HR consulting and executive search firm in the United States, is accelerating its AI transformation. The current CEO is spearheading this shift, believing that the headhunting industry will evolve from simple recruitment matchmaking into an HR intelligence sector that blends data, technology, and consulting.

At the heart of this evolution is CAP AI™, the company’s in-house AI engine currently undergoing patent application. Unlike basic résumé screening tools, this engine analyzes job-candidate compatibility and recommends top talent for priority review. It examines not only job requirements but also candidate experience and industry trends, proactively identifying potential key hires.

“Our matching accuracy reaches 85 percent”

The platform aligns candidate résumés with employer job descriptions, delivering detailed analysis to both sides. It functions as an AI agent connecting companies to top talent and job seekers to ideal employers—a dating app for recruitment, as the CEO describes it.

This capability is rooted in a massive database accumulated over 26 years: 10 million candidate résumés, job descriptions from around 1,500 companies, and countless successful and failed hiring cases.

The platform will debut at GO ACE 2026, a global online job fair running until the 10th of next month. Participating employers can post up to two job openings free of charge and enjoy waived placement fees even when hires are made. The goal is to onboard over 500 additional companies and more than 5,000 global professionals.

“Even when there are many applicants, companies struggle to find the right fit. Even with countless job postings, candidates can’t easily discover opportunities that suit them,” the CEO observes, diagnosing chronic mismatches in today’s hiring market. As AI simultaneously destroys and creates jobs, inefficiencies may worsen—making AI-powered, tailored matching platforms increasingly vital.

“For small and medium enterprises without dedicated HR teams, this will be a game-changer,” the CEO notes. “It’s not just a hiring tool but a structured training resource.” It offers a way to move beyond ad-hoc HR practices.

The AI engine also eliminates human bias. In the U.S., where discrimination lawsuits are sensitive, it prevents legal disputes over age, gender, and religion by ensuring fairness from the start.

From Agency to HR Intelligence Partner

HRCap envisions embedding its AI platform directly into client organizations. Tailored recruitment platforms are possible—such as one designed exclusively for students targeting Wall Street careers or another for veterans seeking second-act opportunities.

The platform also offers comprehensive HR policy consulting. “If a smart factory needs 20 operators, the AI engine can identify which tasks can be automated. You might only need three people working alongside AI to achieve the same output,” the CEO explains.

Post-hire support is part of the package. The engine analyzes job tenure to reduce early-turnover risk and lower rehiring costs. It even plays a role in critical business decisions such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.

The CEO, who studied economics at Princeton and attended graduate school at Columbia before working at IBM, joined HRCap a decade ago. Now leading the company founded by family, she is driving its evolution into a full-spectrum HR consultancy. “Fifteen years ago at IBM, data literacy was the buzzword. Today, it’s all about AI literacy,” she asserts.

“What’s your biggest challenge right now?” is a question she asks every major executive she meets. From hiring to strategy, consulting on every decision that shapes a company’s success is HRCap’s competitive edge.

“We’re no longer just a staffing agency. We’re a global intelligence partner walking alongside job seekers and employers.”
