Galaxy Corporation has become the first Korean entertainment company to open a regional headquarters in Dubai, positioning itself to expand robotics and advanced media operations across the UAE and surrounding regions.

The global AI entertainment technology firm recently launched ‘Galaxy ME’ as its Middle Eastern branch, signaling serious commitment to collaboration with local government bodies and major regional institutions.

On the 16th, the head of the new Dubai office met with Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, a member of UAE’s royal family, to discuss potential partnerships in media technology and cutting-edge innovation sectors.

“True friendship means standing together during challenging times,” the regional director emphasized, expressing confidence in the UAE’s long-term vision and reliable systems. He stated their intention to jointly develop AI and robotics industries that merge culture with technology.

The company’s CEO explained that despite global uncertainties, the decision to establish a Middle East hub in Dubai stemmed from strong belief in the UAE’s vision and execution capabilities.

Galaxy Corporation plans to use its Dubai presence as a critical launching point for global media market expansion, combining robot and AI-driven content operations with UAE infrastructure to unlock worldwide business opportunities.

The company’s “Entertech 2.0” vision integrates artificial intelligence, robotics, and media technology. This strategy aims to accelerate market penetration across Global South regions.
